Shipping:

All orders are typically shipped out within 1-4 business days (Monday- Friday) and are shipped at the option selected at checkout. *Please note your items may be sent in separate packages* To aid in reducing our carbon footprint, whenever possible, we use recycled shipping materials to pack and ship your order. Your box may not be the prettiest, but rest assured your products are!*Due to COVID-19 carriers and delivery services are experiencing a surge of online orders and some delivery delays may occur, these conditions are beyond our control and we thank you for your patience during these unprecedented times.*

Why do you only have small quantities of the product I want?

We purchase in small quantities to ensure the freshness of your product. If you require a larger quantity please contact us (on our contact page) and we will do our best to accommodate you!

What is the "Shelf Life" of your products?

Products will last for up to 12 - 18 months after opening. *Due to the organic/natural ingredients of some of the products colors may vary and separation may occur, this is natural and due to the lack of emulsifiers. Just shake or stir.

Are your products tested on animals?

Oh Goodness NO! We love our furry and sometimes not so furry friends. Products are tested on friends and family... and yes, it is by their own free will!

Are your products Vegan?

Most of our products are vegan, but a few are not (i.e. contains honey, milk etc)... ingredients are listed on the product pages or if you search "vegan" in the search bar all vegan products will pop up for easier shopping.
